  • Teeth – Are you a tooth grinder? Some people are and they don't even know it. If you wake up with a sore jaw or have ridges around the edges of your tongue, chances are that you grind your teeth at night. To avoid harming your teeth, consult a dentist about a proper mouth guard.
  • Tongue – If your tongue's surface is coated with a white layer, it could lead to bad breath. Make sure to brush your tongue as part of your morning and nightly routine, and consult a dentist if the issue persists.
