Paying Over Time

With this arrangement, there is a minimum down payment and the balance is paid over the course of the treatment. You also may be happy to know that there’s no interest charged as long as your payments aren’t late. To find out if your treatments are eligible for a payment plan, ask our team at your next appointment, or call our office directly to discuss your options.

Dental insurance

If you have dental insurance, remember to bring your card with you to your first appointment. During this visit, we can provide you with an estimate as to how much you will have to pay out of pocket for future expenses. We understand your time is valuable, so we even call your insurance company on your behalf to find out what they’ll cover. As an office that cares about its patients, we want to make sure that the cost of your braces doesn’t become too expensive. We’ll even submit all your claims and do what we can to make sure you are reimbursed.

Cash, checks and credit cards

Our office allows you to pay for your braces using cash, check or credit card. Dr. Vaysman and her staff honor MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card and you can make a payment at your appointment or by mail.

Automatic credit card payments

Automatic credit card payments are just as convenient as automatic bank withdrawals. Each month, we’ll charge a credit card of your choice (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card) for your treatment. All you’re required to do is fill out our office’s authorization form. Should you choose to end this method of payment, just let one of our staff members at Upper Eastside Orthodontists know and we can start you on another plan.

Payment in full

If you select to pay for your treatment in full, we’ll give you a 3 percent to 5 percent discount on the total cost. It’s a great way to save some money and another way that we show our patients that we have their best financial interest in mind.

CareCredit

Are you looking for an easy way to spread your payments out over an extended period of time? If so, CareCredit may be right for you. This program is designed to make affording treatment not covered by insurance more manageable. Take up to 64 months to pay for your treatment with monthly payments as low as $110.
